Desmun Velez Awarded First Prize in Poster Contest

Desmun Velez (left) is handed the first prize of $100 for the 2009 poster contest by ISBA member Laurin Stoler in the classroom of Commercial Design Instructor Michele Watson Maxwell at the Rindge School of Technical Arts.
Schoolmates competed to provide the ISBA with the promotional poster for its annual Shop Inman by Moonlight event. The runners-up and the winner of the contest to provide the 2010 poster are listed and depicted HERE.
Mr. Velez' winning poster is at right. It was displayed in shop windows in and all around Inman Square.
